Terms of Service
Effective August 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Christian Crew Discord bot, including ARK: Survival Ascended account linking, server information, announcements, and community tools.
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using Christian Crew Bot, you agree to these Terms and to the rules of the Christian Crew Discord server. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or its account-linking features.
2. Eligibility and Discord rules
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Access may also depend on the rules and age requirements of ARK: Survival Ascended and its platform providers.
3. Account linking
The bot may allow you to link a Discord account to an ARK survivor using a temporary verification code. You may link only an account and survivor that you are authorized to control. You are responsible for keeping your Discord and gaming accounts secure.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the bot to cheat, exploit, harass others, evade moderation, impersonate another player, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abuse, or access information you are not authorized to view.
5. Community administration
Christian Crew administrators may restrict, unlink, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the server, enforce community rules, investigate abuse, or maintain the service. In-game and Discord moderation decisions remain subject to the server’s posted rules.
6. Virtual rewards and shop features
Any server points, kits, rewards, ranks, or virtual items have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability, balances, prices, and rewards may be corrected or changed to address errors, exploits, balancing, or server maintenance.
7. Third-party services
The bot interacts with services operated by third parties, including Discord, ARK: Survival Ascended, game-platform providers, and hosting providers. Christian Crew does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.
8. Availability and changes
The bot is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be added, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of virtual rewards, or compatibility with every game or platform update.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Crew Bot is provided without warranties of any kind. Christian Crew and its administrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the bot.
10. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the bot changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
